Responsibilities:
- Communicates, enforces, and monitors service department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement the overall corporate vision and strategy for the Service Department
- Monitor departmental performance against established goals
- Schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to employees in the service department according to their skills and knowledge
- Ensures that all service warranty and Product Improvement Program claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit
- Coordinates customer clinics, field days, and related promotional events
- Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Analyzes and reports on the department’s key performance indicators and industry trends
- Maintains an orderly and clean work environment
- Follows safety rules and regulations
- Assist the HR department in recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position

- High School Diploma
- Post Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred
- 3 or more years previous management experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience with basic computer office programs (MS Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Service ADVISOR TM or other computer based diagnostic repair tools is preferred

Red Seal Agricultural Equipment Road Technician
Responsibilities:
- Work remotely within Manitoba, with potential travel to Saskatchewan.
- Operate and maintain a company-assigned service truck, including regular service inspections and scheduling.
- Provide onsite customer service, upholding the Greenland Equipment company image.
- Diagnose and repair all types of agricultural equipment.
- Utilize hydraulic and electrical knowledge in repairs.
- Perform onsite welding (experience is an asset).
- Operate a service truck crane (experience is an asset).
- Travel for training as required.
- Work independently and safely, adhering to all PPE requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Certification of qualification for the trade of Agricultural Equipment Technician (Red Seal Certification).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
- Participation in the on-call schedule.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in service calls in all-year, all-conditions environments is preferred.

Parts Warehouse Person
Responsibilies:
- Timely processing of receiving parts shipments & account for parts received/report damages etc.
- Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
- Making certain that customers receive calls & texts for customer pick-up & assist in loading large product and/or large quantities.
- Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Organize warehouse & cold storage facility.
- Restocking the warehouse from cold storage facility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a large degree of independence.
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Forklift experience is an asset but there will be training for certification.
