Red Seal Agricultural Equipment Road Technician

Responsibilities:

• Work remotely within Manitoba, with potential travel to Saskatchewan.
• Operate and maintain a company-assigned service truck, including regular service inspections and scheduling.
• Provide onsite customer service, upholding the Greenland Equipment company image.
• Diagnose and repair all types of agricultural equipment.
• Utilize hydraulic and electrical knowledge in repairs.
• Perform onsite welding (experience is an asset).
• Operate a service truck crane (experience is an asset).
• Travel for training as required.
• Work independently and safely, adhering to all PPE requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• Certification of qualification for the trade of Agricultural Equipment Technician (Red Seal Certification).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
• Participation in the on-call schedule.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in service calls in all-year, all-conditions environments is preferred.

Wash Bay/ Yard Maintenance
 

Responsibilities:

• Washing new and used (large and small) equipment
• Detailing
• Yard maintenance
• Some pickup & deliveries

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license 
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Farm background would be an asset
